Week 1, Day 2: Fruit for breakfast







Fruit for breakfast, sprinkled with ground flaxseeds, is a great start for the day!

This is a red pummelo, which is very similar to grapefruit, but a little sweeter.  You still have to peel off the white skin completely, which is bitter just like the white skin of grapefruit.  I love it!
