Week 1, Day 7: Breathe in, breathe out

    1. Hi Jen, thanks for checking out my blog! I hope it gives you that extra reminder and support! It's going great so far! My mom already lost a few pounds, and so have I - although I don't weigh myself. I threw away my scale a long time ago. I just use my clothes as a gauge. The most difficult thing for me is to give up salt, and this process helps me with that. I wish you the best with your journey on the program! Have fun, and let me know how it's going.
