Week 4, Day 27: Chili

Bean chili with tomatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms and tomato sauce is great for the colder days.  Not that we've had much of cold weather so far this winter: we're still in the 70's (and sometimes 80's) out here in LA, but I'm loving it!  Still, chili is an easy, quick, well-rounded meal, great when you're in a rush or as leftovers.
