Week 2, Day 13: Greens, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions


Steamed swiss chard, tomato salad made with red, green, and yellow tomatoes, and water sauteed mushrooms and onions.  Part of lunch: add some beans, a nut-based dressing and a dessert of fresh berries to complete the GBOMBS of the day.
