Week 3, Day 19: Berries and flax seeds


Have some fresh fruit for breakfast, including berries: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries ...  Add a sprinkle of flax seeds for an extra boost of omega-3 fatty acids. 

Don't forget: you should use ground flax seeds, not whole seeds!
