Week 5, Day 32: Chocolate smoothie

I like to have a treat now and then.  And one of my favorite healthy treats is a chocolate smoothie.  I pack a bunch of mild-tasting greens in my blender (i.e. spinach, kale, lettuce), I add half to one whole banana for sweetness and about 1/3 to 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.  I add some filtered water (or some unsweetened almond milk on those days when I want my smoothie extra creamy), and blend it all really well. 

It's just sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth, and I love the chocolate taste while knowing it's healthy and good for me, too.
