Week 5, Day 34: Oven roasted mushrooms

Mushrooms, mushrooms and more mushrooms!  Love 'em roasted (I use aluminum foil, either by itself or on a baking sheet) or sauteed in their own juices on the stovetop, in a pan covered with a lid until they're fully cooked.  I add mashed garlic to the sauteed mushrooms, but I eat the oven roasted ones simply as they are.  The flavor of oven roasted mushrooms is amazing!
