These are just the ones I found at Whole Foods alone! So many different types, colors, sizes, flavors! Mix them up so you don't get bored by eating only one type of beans all the time: navy beans, red kidney beans, pinto beans, black-eyed peas, soy beans, chickpeas (garbanzo beans), black beans, lima beans, mung beans, adzuki beans, tongues-of-fire beans, scarlet runner beans ... and don't forget about all those lentils out there, too!

Week 5, Day 35: Beans
