Week 4, Day 22: Persimmons

Here we are, starting week 4!!! Wooohooo!  Going strong and losing weight while eating healthful foods.
Persimmons are my new favorite fruit!  They taste amazing, so juicy and not too sweet.  This variety is the kind that can be eaten like an apple.  Although I find it somewhat easier to eat sliced.
